These terms cover the use of this website and explain how commercial cooperation with ECURA energy is established.
1. Use of this website
This website presents ECURA energy, its alternative fuel and recoverable material activities, and editorial material about European markets and regulation. You may read, share and quote it with attribution. Do not use it in a way that is unlawful, misleading or damaging to the site or its users.
2. No offer and no fixed product
Nothing on this website is a binding offer, a price quotation or a promise of availability. Alternative fuels are not a single standard product: what can be produced and delivered depends on the material used, the supplier's production equipment and methodology, and the receiving party's specification. Descriptions here are indicative only.
3. How a cooperation is agreed
Each cooperation is determined individually. At the start we clarify capacity and volumes, the technical specification and reporting basis, sampling and analysis, documentation, and the applicable waste-shipment and permit framework. Only a written agreement between the parties, including the specification and acceptance limits recorded in it, creates obligations. Where these terms and a signed agreement differ, the agreement prevails.
4. Quality, compliance and responsibility
Fuel quality and shipment legality are separate checks. Each party remains responsible for its own permits, registrations, notifications and consents, and for the accuracy of the information it provides about material, origin and destination. Analytical results describe the sampled lot under the stated method and basis.
5. Third-party content and links
We link to official sources and third-party publications for reference. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability.
6. Liability
The website is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of general information published here. Liability in a supply relationship is governed by the written agreement for that cooperation.
7. Changes, law and contact
