What data we handle
This website has no account, no login and no contact form. If you write or call us, we handle the details you choose to share: your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry. Our hosting and email providers process standard technical data such as IP address and request logs in order to deliver the website and messages securely.
Why, and on what legal basis
We use your data to answer enquiries, prepare and manage a possible cooperation, and keep the records required of us. The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken before entering one, our legitimate interest in business correspondence and site security, and legal obligations where they apply.
Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising profiling. Data may be handled by our hosting, email and IT service providers acting on our instructions, and shared with advisers or authorities where required by law or necessary for a specific shipment or agreement. Where a provider operates outside the EEA, transfers rely on the safeguards permitted by the GDPR.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to cooperation are kept only as long as needed for the correspondence and then deleted. Data connected to an agreement, shipment documentation or accounting is kept for the retention periods required by law.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only technically necessary storage required to serve the site may be used.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to sales@ecura.ee and we will respond within the period set by the GDPR. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
